About us...Jackie & Frank met in a parking garage n Pottsville PA while Frank and his friend Mark were just getting back fro a SCC3 Chorus gig. Jackie parked there as it was across the street from here apartment. After dating for just about a year, they were engaged and married on October 9, 1993. After a few years living in a nice house in Minersville, PA, Jackie had a great opportunity to take a job in Eastern WA (Walla Walla). They moved out from PA in October 1997 to Walla Walla, WA. due to issues her company dropped plans to add the store there and after only a month, had to move a little north to Spokane, WA. After a few months there, an opening came up in the Auburn, WA Store and they moved again in March 1998 to Tacoma, WA. They since moved to a few other communities as they found nicer areas to live, among them, Auburn, then Kent, finally finding our new house in the Kent/Covington area in November 2006.
She left the video store for a nationwide game and software store where put her talented people and management skills to good use. This job eventually led her and Frank to move out west where she eventually became the regional manager through most of the Puget sound stores. Jackie eventually left that job for one with Holland America Cruise Lines as a call center rep and eventually team manager. She left Holland America for a new role that ended up turning into another management role in a travel agency, Cruise Specialists. Where she worked with all sorts of folks customers and staff alike. After a few years there she moved to a role with a vendor at Microsoft helping to recruit and bring in College candidates for the company.
Frank started working for a small wireless company in a call center and eventually transitioned over to VoiceStream Wireless which eventually became T-Mobile USA, Inc. In his time there he became the numbering administrator, Project manager, Analyst and eventually Application Support Manager for both the Wireless Number Portability launch and the Numbering teams.
